How long does an average survey take to complete?

This is dependent on the property size however the average house takes between 1-1.5 hours.

The cost of a survey is dependent on the type of survey & the size of the property the survey is being conducted on. Our surveyor's are keen to try and meet your requirements and expectations and will quote you an individual price once they know more information on your property.

Why do I need a survey to purchase a house?

The reason we recommend having your property surveyed before purchasing,  is to ensure the property is of sound construction & the facilities within the property are safe to use .Furthermore this ensures you do not receive any unwanted bills once moving into the property & it has been properly maintained by the previous owner/ tenants.
