Drone Camera
Recently we have invested in a drone camera.
We are now able to access all parts of a property including the canopy, roof, chimneys , lofts , attics, as well as sky view images that enable us to see an overview of the property.
For all of our surveys (Home Buyers, Buy to Let, Full Building Surveys), we will use our drone as standard, with the images being included on your report.
Our drone allows us to see up to 10 storeys, providing new aerial perspectives- enhancing visual experience.
It is also full HD quality, minimal interference, versatile and due to its size easily adaptable to its environment.

Thermal Imaging
Another piece of new equipment we have been using is our thermal imaging camera.
Thermal cameras are now widely used for building inspections (moisture, insulation, roofing, etc.) These sorts of cameras have revolutionized the property surveying industry, as before things that would have been impossible to see with the naked eye, are now easy to view.
